The vitality of a city is largely dependent on it’s ability to manage itself with a very limited staff and a small, possibly ineffective budget. We can help. We offer assistance with code enforcement, law enforcement, planning, development, permitting, ordinance maintenance, grant preparation, zoning and policy. We work with your city attorneys to help keep the city fresh and current, help staff with their workload and train where it might be needed to bring out a better work product, fill vacancies as needed and meet with the mayor and the council as well as the department heads to bring a better understanding to the table. We do the research and bring the results to the cities. We are a team of experienced city workers that have learned through doing, and are willing to help, train, assist and consult as needed.
